Our internships offer hands-on experience in the field with mentorship from experienced professionals!
Summer interns are selected to assist department managers in specific operations of the farming business, which are related directly to students' course of study. Interns receive excellent experience to supplement their classroom education.
Beekeeping Internship
This position will assist in the management, care and evaluation of bee colonies and business related tasks. The apprenticeship/internship is specifically designed to give individuals the experience needed to become comfortable and confident around bees and the knowledge to become a successful beekeeper. Individuals will receive ample opportunity to practice methods of sustainable beekeeping and understand commercial honey production.
