THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full time 8-week internship. In this position, you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs.

This position is located at the WONDERFUL PISTACHIOS & ALMONDS MAIN PLANT IN LOST HILLS, CA.  The schedule for this internship is MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Perform various administrative duties to support various HR department teams which may include:

• Shadow and assist employee relations team
• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Prepare and perform audits on employee paperwork
• Assist with interview scheduling and facilitation
• Participate in special projects

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the Wonderful Education program
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously 
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Pay rate: $17.00/hour
