Description:

The Solutions Consultant at Wonderlic is a client-facing role that is responsible for managing client selection and retention projects through to successful completion, as well as generally supporting our clients, both internal and external.  The successful candidate must be client-focused, dependable, and confident.  A strong background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (I/O) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with clients directly in order to implement Wonderlic services (such as performing client on-boarding projects, conducting program analyses, facilitating job analyses, performing case studies, managing surveys, etc.)
• Acting as project manager, technical expert, or other client serving role, including serving as an expert resource to internal and external clients about issues related to employee assessment, selection, or development.
• Assisting in the sales process by providing expertise in the recommendation and development of new solutions
• Providing recommendations to internal and external clients to enhance their existing Wonderlic solutions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required
• Knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology methods and applications such as selection and assessments, employee surveys, employment law, and statistics
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar/related position preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• General computer skills, particularly MS Office
