    Company Description

    Wonderstorm is a double threat media studio that creates timeless animated TV series and engaging video games that anchor our entertainment franchises.

    Our first franchise, the Emmy Award-winning The Dragon Prince, began as an original animated series on Netflix in 2018. All three seasons have been a Top 10 digital original and are rated 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. The series was recently picked up for four additional seasons. A world-class video game for The Dragon Prince is under development by the same creative team.

    If you're hyper-organized, a team player, flexible on the go, and into the details, our Production Coordinator role could be ideal for you! Bring your talents and passion to help us produce new seasons of The Dragon Prince and future properties.

    What you will do...

    • Coordinate the preparation, tracking, organizing, and shipping of production materials and deliverables
    • Plan, schedule, and prepare for regular production tasks, including dailies reviews, asset approvals, voice record sessions, and so on
    • Assist in collecting approvals from creators and executive producers
    • Organize and maintain a file structure for production materials
    • Upload, download, and process deliverables to and from the animation studio
    • Prepare agendas and necessary materials to ensure meetings are effective and efficient
    • Offer suggestions for improving our processes
    • Foster relationships of trust with network and studio partners
    • Report concerns, risks, and roadblocks to the Producer and help to overcome them
    • Assist on special projects that arise including marketing, conventions, award submissions, team events, etc.
    • Actively contribute to the growth of a startup studio. Lead by example, including demonstrating a willingness to give and receive feedback, and contribute to a positive working environment

    Qualifications

    • Experience in entertainment production, and ideally TV animation
    • Excellent at multitasking, time management, prioritization, follow through, and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Apps
    • Clear communicator, both verbal and written
    • Proactive and able to work independently as well as take direction
    • Resourceful and flexible while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
    • Bonus XP: Proficient with Photoshop, Shotgun, and Final Draft
