PULAU Corporation is seeking candidates for the Senior Electrical Engineer II position at Fort Irwin, CA. The Sr. Electrical Engineer II performs the electrical maintenance and support of the NTC Instrumentation System (NTC-IS). Coordinates expeditious resolution of IS electrical system and component maintenance and performance issues.
Job Duties include:
- Ensure the IS electrical systems and components are fully operational, in compliance with IA and cybersecurity requirements, and available for scheduled rotational support missions.
- Identify and analyze potential life cycle sustainment issues, assess impacts, and propose solutions.
- Review applicable documents for information, synthesize data, and provide reports.
- Develop, create and present oral and written technical presentations to management and/or client.
Required Skills
- Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- US citizen for clearance requirement.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and be allowed access to the Government Instrumentation System network.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license and post driving privileges.
Required Experience
- B.S./B.A. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
- 6 years’ past experience with networked instrumentation and information systems used in a military training environment.
- Experience in design, repair and analysis of electronic systems, including electrical engineering design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software (ProE or AutoCAD preferred.)
- Past work experience with the NTC-IS desired.
