Job Summary:

Support roll to assist Account Manager and Producer to meet customer needs and expectations in a prompt professional and accurate manner and to make every customer feel like they are the most important customer that we service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Begin renewal marketing as directed by the Account Manager
• Order loss runs and prepare loss history recap
• Verify application in Applied against policy for marketing preparation
• Preliminary check of policy (per checklist in Applied)
• Issue bonds as needed
• Request MVRs
• Promptly answer customer questions
• Completion of Binding checklist as directed by Account Manager (per checklist in Applied)
• Underwriter communications
• Certificate issuance
• Process incoming mail
• Change requests that are directed by the Account Manager
• Process all Endorsements (invoice and mail)
• Issue Evidence of property as directed by Account Manager
• Final audit completion as directed by Account Manager
• Check policies for Producers review (complete review)
• Manage Bondlines
• Online Carrier communications including rating
• Assist Account Manager with an request pertaining to customer service or the writing of new business
• Assist fellow team members when requested
• Must have command of Applied Systems, all 3rd party rating software, Internet Access, Microsoft Office products
• Attend meetings as requested.
• Make suggestions that you feel would improve WGBIB in satisfying our mission, meeting our goals, or making WGBIB a more beneficial place to work.
• Make a positive influence on the WGBIB team.
• Assist with training of new employees as requested by management.

Position Requirements:

• Current P&C License
• Attain CISR designation within 18 months of hire date. 
• Work your required schedule at your reporting location
• Occasional travel for business and training may be required.
