Responsibilities: The Case Manager serves as the main liaison between the law firm and the client, insurance company representatives, and medical service providers. They play a key role in managing the case, advancing resolutions for property damage and/or bodily injuries, and collaborating closely with the legal team on various matters. Major Responsibilities • Responsible for the client’s intake process which involves filling out forms and collecting the appropriate data for the file • Opens the case and uploads the files to the case management solution • Helps coordinate client’s repairs and medical treatment with a network of providers. Continues to maintain regular contact with providers to obtain updated records • Does initial contact with both client’s and opposing party’s insurance companies • Will coordinate to obtain all medical records and bills for preparation of demand • Responsible for providing clients with regular updates (at least every two weeks) regarding the status of the case Qualifications: • This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week We need someone that can hit the ground running • You must have 3-5 years of personal injury case manager experience • Must be able to speak Spanish Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
