    Business Development Coordinator - Personal Injury Law Firm Do you want to help injured people get great settlements? We are a Personal Injury law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced business development coordinator to join our team and work directly with the owner to support the team and help our clients. We want to be known for helping our clients navigate the post-accident process and take the burdens off of their shoulders. We are growing fast, and we need a business development coordinator who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. You will conduct business-to-business marketing, social media marketing, coordinate events and contact prior clients regarding their experience with our firm. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Responsibilities: • Creating strategies and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services • Maintaining and developing relationships with current/former clients and referral partners • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s mission and values, the competition in the industry, and positioning • Create and monitor multi-channel media campaigns, market research, analysis, and brand awareness • Meet and sign up potential new clients • Prepare regular reports and sales forecasting on business development activities, key performance metrics, and progress toward goals Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience (3-5 years) in legal business development roles • Prior personal injury law experience in Albuquerque • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients, referral partners, and vendors • Strategic thinker with the capacity to devise innovative business development strategies • Proficiency in lead tracking, and other business development tools • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities • Outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
