The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and managing roofing projects from start to finish. Commission based upon sale! Responsibilities: * Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. * Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed estimates to potential clients. * Close sales and negotiate contracts with customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Keep accurate records of all sales and projects, including expenses, invoices, and payments. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: * Some sales and project management experience in the roofing industry. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
