Wood Personnel Services in partnership with Landmark Ceramics is currently seeking a Human Resource Assistant. Landmark Ceramics is a state-of-the-art tile manufacturing facility. COMPENSATION & HOURS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:

• $15.00 an hour
• Monday - Friday

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:

• Must have 6+ months experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:

• Manage employees’ timeclock system and PTO requests
• Communicate with supervisors to clarify any timecard issues
• Assist with scheduling interviews
• Perform other administrative functions such as scanning, faxing, and filing
• Maintain records on current employees
• Assist employees with any forms, badges, or applications
