Duties & Responsibilities

Performs as a critical member of the asset management team managing approximately $1 billion of equity assets; collaborates closely with the Fund Managing Director, Underwriting Team, Corporate Treasurer and Controller focused in particular on financial reporting and investor reporting/relations including more specifically the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide financial data and other reporting information for real estate managers and executive team.

• Collaborate with Woodbury Corporation executive team to efficiently manage current assets and liabilities across multiple investment structures.

• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for investor conferences.

• Manage third party audit teams and assist in the preparation of audited annual financial statements.

• Prepare and distribute quarterly unaudited financial statements.

• Prepare and distribute quarterly distributions and distribution notices.

• Prepare and distribute capital call notices.

• Field questions and prepare information requests from investors including institutional and high-net worth individual clients.

• Ensure high quality financial information and accuracy in financial reporting.

Minimum Qualifications: Completion of 4-year degree and 3+ years of public accounting / audit experience. Good working knowledge of Excel, databases and all other MS Office programs.

Woodbury Corporation currently has approximately $1 billion of equity assets under management (with approximately $2.3 billion of total real estate assets under management).
