Job Description:

Woodbury Corporation is accepting applications for experienced Architectural Drafters and Designers. Experience with multi-family and commercial projects is preferred. This is a full time position. Woodbury Corp offers competitive wages and compensation packages depending on experience.

Work under direction of architects and project managers to develop construction document packages to include floor plans, elevations, sections and detail sheets

Coordinate and effectively communicate with design and construction team to review and meet project goals/deadlines

Understanding of Revit modeling technique of building elements, furniture, fixtures, and equipment and general knowledge of drafting standards.

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding organizational skills

Be passionate with a drive to deliver upon commitments and be able to balance or adjust priorities, as needed, while working on several projects at once

Ability to understand and pick up on new concepts quickly

Effective understanding of building codes and the ability to apply them to project documentation

Required Experience:

2+ years’ experience, as a qualified drafter/designer

Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD

Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in multi-family housing and commercial projects

Architecture, Interior Design, or technical school degree/certification

Ability to create multi-parameter Revit family models

Sketchup experience

Experience in other graphic programs (Photoshop, Bluebeam)
