This is a full-time position working 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. We offer a very competitive hourly wage plus a comprehensive benefits package. No formal experience is required. We will provide the necessary training.

The maintenance technician will assist in property maintenance duties for multiple hotels. Looking for people with capabilities to do the following:

• Maintain and repair systems such as heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.

• Moderate carpentry work and painting as needed.

• Minor drywall repair.

• Assist with unloading hotel furniture and delivering it to specified areas.

• Assemble hotel furniture.

• Operate and maintain hand tools and basic power tools.

• Report to work site on time and dressed appropriately.

• Follow directions; work safely and accident-free.

• Work effectively with others on the team.

• Coordinate with supervisor on assignments and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hotel maintenance or related field preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds.

• Push/pull up to 200 pounds

• Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
