Duties

Review applications, prepare lease paperwork and assist with resident activities.

Assist in showing units, screening applicants, and closing leases.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with residents and prospective residents.

Prepare and post social media and other marketing materials.

Prepare various statistical and financial reports.

Assist with maintenance service requests.

Assist with rent collection.
