Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

You will be assigned to work on large commercial properties, with lots of daily variety of work.

Inspect properties for hazards, remedy damage and debris removal.

Must have Landscape experience to include sprinkler repair, equipment use, shrub care, and other aspects of lawn and bed care.

Snow Removal duties during off season

Some building maintenance tasks.

Help teammates with special projects including relandscape and some building maintenance.

Be self-motivated and a team player who works well with others.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Valid driver's license

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Pre-hire drug screening

This is a full-time position w/medical and dental insurance; 401(K), paid time off benefits.

$15 - $18 per hour based on experience
