NO COLD CALLING! We are looking for agents to sell our products. YOU WILL WORK REMOTELY AND ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME. You will make appointments on the phone for the week by using the LEADS generated by the in-house mailing center. Each week we mail thousands of letters to people who just bought or refinanced a home in your area. Clients that are interested in our products will personally fill out our questionnaire, with their information including: name, birth date, height, weight, sex, smoker or non-smoker status, phone numbers to reach them and best time to call. Through direct-mail marketing, you will work with clients interested in the products you are selling. You will help clients protect their lives and plan for the future.

We are different than most insurance agencies. We work individually, but are built up and strengthened through our agency team. We provide support, training calls, and more. We want to help you achieve your goals. The foundation of our agency is built on a sales system that works and also evolves. DUE TO COVID-19 OUR AGENCY HAS ONLY GOTTEN STRONGER. OUR SALES SYSTEM ADAPTED TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEW VIRTUAL REALITY, while also still respecting how we started meeting face-to-face. You now have both options at your disposal.

We also provide monthly bonus programs/contests for agents on top of your commission. Yes this is a commission based position. WE OFFER THE HIGHEST COMMISSION RATE STARTING AT 70% WITH THE STRONG ABILITY TO INCREASE. The commission is about $500.00 per family you protect. Our average full time underwriter will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans a week. First years income estimated to $70,000 plus. This is the reason we are looking for individuals who strive for success every day and with an entrepreneurial mindset. WHAT SETS US APART FROM OTHER INSURANCE AGENCIES IS THAT WE PROVIDE MONTHLY BONUS PROGRAMS AND CONTESTS. For example, if you sell over a certain amount of a product you will receive a cash bonus ranging from $250+. We also provide a wide range of contests. For example, winning trips across the world for the top producers to winning a motorcycle or iPad.

EQUITY PROGRAM. This is how we are set apart from other insurance agencies. Our equity program is giving you, the agent, a part of the company $$. If you produce within a certain bracket each year YOU WILL RECEIVE A PORTION OF THE COMPANY’S SUCCESS. If you are an already licensed insurance agent and have not heard of this incentive before please apply and we will contact you. Ask us about our equity program and we will give you more details.

BUILD YOUR OWN TEAM. In the future, if you decide you would like to grow your own team we give you the option to do so. This will generate income for you through your lifetime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Call clients and set up appointments

· Sit down with clients at their home/video conference for an average of 45 minutes

· Help clients pick out the best mortgage protection/life insurance plan that fits their budget

· Learn new concepts and product offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

· Life insurance license or willing to get a license

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Highly driven and competitive in nature

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service

· Ability to work in fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
