    Woodcrest Country Club is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to be a part of our well established team. Our Operations Manager will:

    Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility including PM schedules, food service equipment, kitchens, pool and halfway house, cart storage, course bathrooms, clubhouse, sewer pumps, etc.

    Schedule, train and oversee the facility cleaning staff.

    Work with department heads and support staff on creating and implementing various operational standards and protocols.

    Create and manage the inventorying and purchasing of all cleaning, office, kitchen, and other supply needs throughout the club implementing a competitive bidding program.

    Perform daily walk through of the facility, maintaining high visibility and meeting with department heads and support staff on a regular basis regarding operational needs.

    Help direct, facilitate and manage the houseman and event set-up staff in conjunction with the the Director of Food & Beverage

    Oversee and manage all storage areas throughout the facility.

    Assist ownership in the direction and execution of capital projects and facility upgrade needs throughout the property.

    Create and foster good working relationships with other mangers, staff, vendors and members.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor's Preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years managing others in a Country Club setting or related field.

    Must be detail oriented, organized, hands on, and have the ability to work well with teams as well as alone....self motivated is a must.
