Woodcrest Country Club is seeking a Full Time, Sales and Events Coordinator. This is the perfect position for someone who wants be part of a small and dynamic team. Effective result driven sales skills are a must. We believe in providing guests with a one-of-a-kind experience while demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and hospitality. We are a small team of passionate professionals; our culture is one of high expectations and support.
One on one contact with prompt response times to requests and inquiries is expected. Previous high-level hospitality and/or food and beverage management will help secure this position, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Event Orders
Menu Creation
MS Office/Excel/Word
Reserve Interactive (a plus but not required)
Social Tables (a plus but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have flexibility in scheduling based on event needs (Days, Evenings, Weekends).
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass an in-depth background check.
Must have valid Driver’s License.
