CSLA Sales Associate Creative Solutions Los Angeles - Burbank, CA

Compensation: FULL TIME, Hourly + Benefits

POSITION SUMMARY​:​ Entry level position to act as the customer-facing representative for the three cinema brands on the CSLA showroom floor. Our location caters to cinematographers, DITs, and filmmakers at all levels of production with a focus on customer experience. Our brand is an industry leader in wireless video, remote IP streaming, camera accessories, and monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Role is Customer Greeting and Experience

• Greet walk-ins, assess if Sales or RMA and collect information

• Secondary role is register checkout, sales, and refunds

• Count cash drawer, manage reports, and run weekly deposits to bank

• Manage all tele-production and tax exemption forms and report to accounting

• Key Holding “Opener/Closer”

• Upkeep of showroom and tidy presentation of all models and gear

• Disinfecting end of day and after each customer

• First Ring on Call Tree - triage incoming calls and assist customers

• Product Recommendation Phone and Email

• Train to become three brand knowledgeable on current and future equipment

• CSLA Floor Sales and Customer Demo

  • Assist Sales agents in inventory retrieval during sales

  • Cater to customer needs such as coffee or water

• Facilitate Will Call pickups and keep track of aging orders

• Assist with Inventory Tasks as needed

• Assist with CSLA clerical duties and event planning and booking as needed

• Close orders for POS and Will Call daily

Preferred Experience:

• Four year degree in a related field

• POS experience, preferably Shopify or Square

• Cash Deposits and Drawer Count

• Previous Retail Employment

• Knowledge of camera equipment and on set practices

• Outgoing, friendly, and task oriented self starter
