Job Description:

We are currently searching for a caring and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in SNF setting to join our team

Responsibilities:

• collaborate daily with the Physical Therapist Director and treat patients as per their care plan
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals
• Treatment that will help the patients to improve their physical function and cognition to live functionable lives

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Degree required
• SNF experience preferred but willing to train new grads
• Active NYS License and registration
