Maintenance Assistant: Mon-Friday assisting Property manager with daily work schedule and projects. Projects include painting property buildings, cleaning buildings, cleaning gutters, assisting condo owners with mechanical problems. Clean Garages Maintenance on compressors, and all types of assistance needed by the Maintenance manager to run the 226 unit condominium complex and common areas located in Mayfield Hts.
