Job Summary

Accurately inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.

Essential Duties

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety polices.

Other Duties

· Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.

· Uses hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.

· Provides assistance to officials, staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

REQUIRED DAY ONE ON THE JOB.

• Must be 18 years old
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven maintenance experience..
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Related degree from a technical college.
• Attendance is mandatory.
• Set of own basic tools needed for the job.

Job Knowledge/Skills Required

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Strong Time Management skills
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually and in teams.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Eye for detail.
