WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Update customer information for accuracy
- Notify customers when a recall is issued
- Follow up with customers on satisfaction of service or sale
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Maintain various excel spreadsheets
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the initiative
OTHER DUTIES
- Help with special projects as needed
- Organize and communicate special promotions
- Recommend and promote services to each customer
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Regular attendance is mandatory
JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
