WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet and assist every customer in a timely, friendly manner, while also completing a full-circle-walk-around vehicle inspection and obtain vehicle information
- Write up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
- Provide cost estimates for labor and parts, establish “promised times”, and obtain customers signatures on the repair order
- Schedule service appointments with customers, as well as contacting them during the appointment with any changes in the estimate, promised time, or with additional repairs needed
- Review repair orders to ensure completion and close them as needed
- Ensure vehicles are parked in assigned areas
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers
WHAT YOU NEED
