WHAT YOU WILL DO
Greet and assist every customer in a timely, friendly manner, while also completing a full-circle-walk-around vehicle inspection and obtain vehicle information
Write up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
Provide cost estimates for labor and parts, establish “promised times”, and obtain customers signatures on the repair order
Schedule service appointments with customers, as well as contacting them during the appointment with any changes in the estimate, promised time, or with additional repairs needed
Review repair orders to ensure completion and close them as needed
Ensure vehicles are parked in assigned areas
Explain completed work and all charges to customers
