Position: Automotive Service Technician (* Certified)

__Location: **** Woodhouse - Buick GMC; 119th & I St, Omaha, NE

Schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends)

Woodhouse Auto Family is looking for experienced * ** Certified Automotive Service Technicians** who will repair customer's vehicles to manufacture's standards. Your duties will include troubleshooting issues and fixing them, aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. Besides you will communicate to a Service Advisor who will work and communicate with customers to provide them with advice and discuss next steps.

You should be well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities as well as good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.

Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience working as a certified Automotive Service Technician
• Significant experience with vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
• Experience of handling various tools (such as pliers) and heavy equipment (such as lift)
• Ability to comply with all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
• Good physical condition - must undergo a physical, back screening, drug screening as part of the pre-employment process.

Education:

• High school diploma
• Additional certifications from a vocational school or completion of automotive apprenticeship, as well as a professional certification such as ASE.
