Job Title: Customer Care Specialist, Automotive **
Pay:** Starts at $16.00 hourly, previous experience will be considered **
Schedule:** Mon-Fri, 8:00-6:00pm **

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED required.

Essential Duties

Schedule appointments for Service

Update customer information for accuracy

Notify customers when a recall is issued

Follow up with customers on satisfaction of service or sale

Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Maintain various excel spreadsheets.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the initiative.

Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies.
