ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and benefits.
- Processes payroll changes.
- Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
- Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies
· JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills.

· MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of human resources experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience required.
- Valid drivers license with good driving record.
- Must be a student pursuing a degree in HR.
