Full Time, Mon-Fri

Pay: Starts at $16.00 hourly.

Essential Duties

• Receives and processes returns orders.
• Operates barcode scanner, scanning each part into inventory and downloading the parts order into the parts management system.
• Processes and pulls parts for customer orders as inputted by the sales department on a continual basis while performing other duties.
• Fulfills all parts orders from individual dealerships with parts sold to internal service, sales, and body shop departments.
• Processes customer's cores and sends back to the correct manufacturer.
• Works closely with and answers inventory questions from inside sales team.
• Processes manufacturer's warranty claims.
• Processes returns received from drivers and ensures proper customer credit is received on account.
• Unloads, transports, and places parts in proper locations in the warehouse.
• Maintains accurate inventory by direction of Wholesale Parts Manager.
• Matches and processes purchase orders.
• Reconciles parts orders against parts received.
• Perform bin counts.
• Safely operates a wave machine, forklift, and stock chaser to transport and stock parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workplace.
• Maintains the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records.
• Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies.
