Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Woodhouse Admin; 12325 Emmet St, Omaha, NE 68164
Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 annual salary, previous experiences will be considered.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in solid employee relations required.
Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Human Resources preferred.
Valid driver license with reliable transportation.

Essential Duties
Consults with managers and leadership, providing HR guidance when appropriate to drive company goals.
Assist managers with complex employee relations issues.
Assist with New Hire Orientation
Works closely with management and employees to build morale and increase engagement and retention.
Collaborates with managers to identify individual coaching needs at all levels.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, training, and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Administer employee life cycle; including new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
