  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY

    Reporting of all sales to the franchise and carrying out jobs and/or assignments given by Finance Director.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Report vehicle sales to manufacturer once bill of sale has been signed
    • Stay abreast of current incentive rules and documentation requirements for each type of vehicle
    • Claim incentives on manufacturer website once verifying the proper documentation for such incentives
    • Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
    • Process all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions
    • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
    • Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
    • Acquire and maintain current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed
    • Collect all monies
    • Process dead deals
    • Assist sales staff by pulling credit bureaus, payoffs, and cancellations
    • Print and process deals for deliveries and dealer trades
    • Manage, affect, and distribute unfunded deals
    • Create weekly reports for Finance Director

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Valid driver's license
    • Experience with accounting and tax knowledge preferred

    JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Demonstrate high attention to detail and organization
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
    • Ability to multi-task and follow instructions

    COMPENSATION RANGE

    $15-$17/Hour Starting

    SCHEDULE

    Monday 10-7

    Tuesday Off

    Wednesday 9-6

    Thursday 10-7

    Friday 9-6

    Saturday 9-5/6
