We have an IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY to join our team in an instrumental education role. This position is a regional role, responsible for the training and onboarding of team members across Dallas Fort Worth metroplex locations. The position is vital in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and expertise.
The Education and Training Manager earns $25-27 per hour PLUS a GENEROUS, WORLD-CLASS BENEFITS package.

The Education and Training Manager is responsible for the development or refinement and management of all training programs, including new hire training, ongoing training and certifications, and remediation training. The Education and Training Manager has a passion for the "Woodhouse Way", a clear understanding of spa operations, spa culture, and develops team members to ensure they are prepared to meet the demands of their roles. Works closely with spa leadership to ensure training is effective. Responsible for conforming to brand standards set forth in the Team member Handbook and Operations Manual and will strive each day to ensure our professional team is on point to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
Own new hire training curriculum and assessments for spa professionals (Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Nail Technician) which abide by corporate protocols and protect the Woodhouse brand
Participate in new hire orientation, training and onboarding sessions at scheduled spa, conduct protocol training, retail brand and product training, and train all elements of the Woodhouse Way
Certify readiness for job for each new hire and each service
Coordinate with spa leadership to follow-up on all needs
Ensure training programs maintain brand consistency by conducting regular assessments and audits
Ensure success of first days and weeks on the job
Launch and train on new products and services
Provide ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated and have tools and supplies necessary to be successful
Performs other job-related duties as assigned, which may include operating as Manager on Duty in DFW
Ideal candidates:
Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician and Nail Technician licenses required
Minimum 8 years spa experience, Woodhouse Spa experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of leadership and training experience. Departmental lead experience qualifies
