SUMMARY: The Laundry Attendant is responsible for separating, washing, drying and folding of resort linens. They will ensure the proper cleanliness and sanitation of all soiled linens to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Separates, washes, dries and folds linens

Sorts linens by texture, soil, color and size; drapes wet sheets, tablecloths, etc.

Reports and sets aside all heavily stained linen for pre-spotting

Folds all linens, tablecloths, napkins and spa & guest room robes

Maintains constant awareness of safety issues and reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor

Keeps work area clean, sanitary, stocked and orderly at all times

Follows the Woodmark Lost and Found procedures

Immediately report any maintenance requests to supervisor

Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times

Performs other duties as assigned
