We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our small but fast-growing team. You will be working on a variety of financial tasks for the company. ***We are willing to train for this role. The role includes: Daily entry of website orders into the accounting system Preparation of monthly management accounts information in an accurate and timely manner for review with the Financial Controller before presentation to the Board Overseeing A/R and A/P accounts including sending invoices, sending statements and collections follow-up. Ongoing entry of vendor bills and inventory item receipts Consistent management of cash flow and cash flow forecasting ensuring accuracy and completeness. Liaising with other departments as necessary to query and resolve issues and provide support where needed. Oversee the reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts. Assist with various data entry tasks as needed Ability to act without direction and coordinate with others is a must.
