About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Closets By Design St. Louis as a Woodshop Worker Manufacturing! In this exciting role, you'll be an essential part of crafting high-quality custom storage solutions in our state-of-the-art facility located in Maryland Heights, MO.

Responsibilities:

Operate woodworking machinery and tools to produce custom cabinetry and storage solutions.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise measurements.

Assemble components and ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking is a plus.

Previous experience in a woodshop or manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools.

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Basic understanding of woodworking techniques and machinery operation.
