The goal of PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS to ensure excellent, timely, and cost-effective execution of each Woodward project under his/her direction. The Project Manager must also provide consistent and reliable communication both internally and externally throughout the duration of the project.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Woodward’s operations leaders thoughtfully curate the right team for each project. As such, the structure of each team may differ. Typically, the Project Manager will be mentored by a Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Executive with additional personal investment from the Sr Vice President of Operations. The Project Manager will also typically provide direction and guidance to Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Administrators, and Woodward Field Staff.

EXPERIENCE:
Preferred candidates will have significant experience assisting with and/or managing complex commercial construction projects. Additionally, preferred candidates will also have experience leading and practicing Lean construction.
Bachelor's degree in construction management is a plus as is experience working in the field.
