We’re growing and looking for a skilled Woodworker / Carpenter / Fabricator to join our workshop team and help bring our custom designs to life.

Position Summary: As a key member of our fabrication team, you will work with experienced craftsman to build custom garage doors and gates from raw materials based on detailed plans and specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of woodworking..

Key Responsibilities:

Construct custom wood and composite garage doors and gates from start to finish

Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints

Use a variety of woodworking tools and machinery (saws, planers, jointers, sanders, etc.)

Perform custom trim, joinery, and assembly work

Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure high-quality results

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in woodworking, carpentry, or fabrication

Experience with custom door or gate building preferred

Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodshop equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Welding or metal fabrication experience

CNC routing or CAD design experience

Experience installing garage doors or gates

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Competitive pay based on experience
