    Woops! is a fast growing, expanding purveyor of French macarons! In fact, we are the largest in the US with 50+ store locations nationwide! We want to continue our growth by securing sales through B2B, corporate, and special events channels. The macarons sell themselves (seriously, they really do) and we need outgoing and passionate salespeople to close the deals and help build our gifting business. Our macarons and gifting products, including the packaging, are of TOP NOTCH quality and design. Culture is critical to us and we are looking for people who love to know everything about what they sell so that their excitement and enthusiasm naturally sell the product and gifting services.     This will be a creative and rewarding position selling our customizable gifting solutions to a wide range of opportunities such as corporations, financial institutions, insurance brokers, realtors, home builders, marketing and PR firms, hospitals, car dealerships, airlines, and fundraising opportunities, as well as social events such as weddings, wedding event planners and venues, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. Our customizable macaron gift boxes make excellent customer thank you gifts, employee reward gifts, and event catering pyramids and platters. Passion is critical. You’re not just selling macarons, you’re selling a custom solution and a joyful experience, something that people are going to always remember.

    In this role you’ll be working independently, with a “hunter” mentality. Specifically, you’ll be doing a lot of lead generation, cold calling, and visiting potential customers in the field. You should be outgoing and personable, and have no fear. Expect to make approximately 30-40 drops and visits to potential customers per week, and be comfortable walking in showcasing our product and handing out samples in order to get contact information. From that point you’ll also be following up with calls and emails. You’ll need to be highly organized and detail oriented, as you’ll be required to log and track all data and contacts in a CRM. You’ll also utilize Gmail, Google tools, and other computer systems.

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven history of success in a consultative sales role. You're adaptable and you enjoy work within a sales process. You are comfortable closing sales and creating a sense of urgency with customers while still maintaining rapport and keeping the customer's best interest in mind.

    Superior negotiating and closing skills (both in person and via telephone/email).

    Strong analytical, strategic and influencing skills

    Self-motivated and work independently with a “hunter” mentality. Manage your day as though it was your own business. Expect to be busy!

    Superior interpersonal skills with positive and can-do attitude.

    Local knowledge of regional corporate sales opportunities and experience at successfully targeting the key decision makers within the top corporations and employers in the region.

    The Gift of Gab: You are a master at building rapport and develop genuine relationships! Whether it be over the phone, through an online screenshare, in person, or by email, you are an excellent communicator.

    Proficient user of technology tools, including a CRM, to improve sales performance.

    Experience cold calling on prospects

    Flexible and patient. We are a newly emerging retailer and expect to have a few bumps and challenges along the way.
