Job Description: As a Leasing Specialist at Worcester Communities, you play a crucial role in welcoming residents to our communities and ensuring they find the perfect place to call home. You will be responsible for leasing apartments, delivering top-notch customer service, and supporting our residents throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing and Sales: Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing available properties and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring current residents' needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Property Tours: Conduct property tours and highlight the features, amenities, and benefits of living in our communities.
• Lease Administration: Manage lease documentation, including applications, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents and engage in social media and online advertising efforts.
• Community Engagement: Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework related to property management is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of property management software – Entrata, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for helping people find their ideal home.
