DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR
Reports to Director of Sales and Distribution
The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various distribution projects across the ministry. The Distribution Coordinator manages inventory across multiple warehouses, domestically and internationally. The Distribution Coordinator partners with outside vendors to process mailing lists and purchase inventory, catalogs, and periodical publications.

Responsibilities
Order physical materials including books, magazines, catalogs, and apparel from outside vendors
Visit the Chicago-based warehouse monthly to inspect the arrival of new products
Communicate with the warehouse team daily to ensure accurate shipping and handling operations
Create a printed book catalog and manage its distribution to internal and external mailing lists
Manage the monthly periodical mailing lists for the Evangelization and Culture Journal and Liturgy of the Hours booklets
Maintain accurate mailing records which are reviewed yearly by the USPS
Manage shipments of the Word on Fire Booth and materials to conferences and events
Project manage other new inventory related initiatives
Inventory management of 25+ new books every year along with a back catalog of 60+ titles
Troubleshoot daily shipping problems with the customer relations team and find creative solutions
Requirements
Desired Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Familiarity with the work of Bishop Robert Barron and Word on Fire
