The Customer Relations Coordinator brings empathy, kindness, efficiency, and energy to each interaction to advocate for Word on Fire customers and find the best solutions. As the front-facing point of contact, the Customer Relations Coordinator represents Word on Fire with the genuine caring service given to the thousands of people he or she interacts with. The Customer Relations Department works as a unified team to provide mission-driven customer service through email, phone, and chat support.

Shifts Available: 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm, 11am - 7pm
Speak with clients over the phone that need help accessing or ordering Word on Fire resources
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Word on Fire’s products, initiatives, and content in order to direct customer questions
Email and online chat with clients that need help accessing or ordering Word on Fire resources
Log client interactions diligently and organize that data for manager reporting
Place phone orders through a variety of computer systems
Provide swift and efficient email support
Retrieve and provide order details and tracking info to customers
Navigate several databases and computer systems quickly while speaking with clients to find answers and solutions
Communicate quickly and clearly with the Customer Relations Team
