    Role Summary

    We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Website Coordinator to support our event marketing team with daily content updates and ongoing web maintenance. You’ll primarily work within WordPress and Bizzabo, using Trello to manage tasks submitted by various team members.

    This is a part-time, long-term, ongoing role with daily activities. Tasks range from simple content updates to occasional project-based assignments involving new layout designs, toolbar updates, or custom landing pages.

    Essential functions Daily Trello-Based Tasks:

    Review Trello board daily and complete tasks submitted by internal team members

    Communicate clearly on progress and deadlines with fast turnaround

    Bizzabo Website Tasks:

    Duplicate event and sponsor pages as needed

    Add or update sponsor logos, speaker photos, and session content

    Edit and update agendas and event timelines

    Add registration forms and surveys to event pages

    Maintain page formatting and consistency across the platform

    WordPress Website Tasks:

    Experienced in WPBakery Page Builder

    Update website design elements (layouts, images, formatting) when needed

    Edit or reorganize website navigation: tabs, menus, links

    Connect Bizzabo event pages to relevant areas on the WordPress site

    Keep the calendar of events current

    Replace outdated event images and content

    Move events from “Upcoming” to “Recent” with appropriate updates

    Other Responsibilities:

    Support larger projects (e.g., new toolbar or page designs, microsite sections)

    Apply basic SEO principles to new and updated pages

    Ensure proper tracking via Google Analytics or UTM-tagged URLs

    Troubleshoot formatting and display issues across devices or browsers

    Competencies

    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    High attention to detail and commitment to quality control

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional updates with internal teams

    Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot website or display issues

    Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable, able to work independently in a remote environment

    Collaborative approach with a willingness to support ad hoc or larger cross-team projects

    Adaptable and flexible to handle shifting priorities or new website tools as needed

    Supervisory responsibilities

    This is an independent contributor role with no direct reports. Coordination with internal teams is required.

    Physical demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Travel Travel is not required in this role

    Required education and experience

    Proficiency in WordPress, including editing content and site structure

    Experience with WP Bakery page builder

    Familiarity with Trello or similar project/task management tools

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable with excellent communication skills

    Ability to manage a steady stream of daily updates and deliver quick turnarounds

    Preferred education and experience

    Familiarity with Bizzabo or other event management platforms

    Understanding of SEO fundamentals, content tracking, UTMs, and GA4

    Additional eligibility requirements

    Ability to work afternoon hours (~2 hours daily) for a total of approximately 10 hours per week.
