    CONTENT STRATEGIST AND COPYWRITER

    Your job responsibilities as a Content Strategist and Copywriter will include:

    • Research competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for clients to differentiate
    • Develop new strategies for the Company and its clients to help them meet business and audience goals
    • Analyze what's working and what isn't with regard to the brand's content marketing efforts, then suggest workflow, tool, and process improvements
    • Define editorial publishing strategies so content is consistent and compelling across all delivery streams
    • Prepare presentations to synthesize and socialize our recommendations using existing templates
    • Write, edit, and lead copywriting and editing projects for websites and apps
    • Participate in client meetings; present strategic plans and example copy
    • Finalize strategic work and copy based on feedback from internal team members and clients
    • Implement strategic plans and copy in the appropriate tools

    Further, you will be performing other duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with your position and/or that may be assigned to you from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A minimum of 3+ years of content strategy and/or related copywriting experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communication or marketing
    • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, including writing in different voices and styles, for a variety of target audiences
    • Proven ability to set and manage a writing schedule and consistently meet deadlines
    • A track record of strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion for multiple organizations
    • Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
    • Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to help multiple clients meet their goals
    • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

    NICE-TO-HAVE-SKILLS

    • Prior agency experience
    • Experience working in a similar self-driven, service-oriented, collaborative, and creative environment
    • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
    • Familiarity with creating and maintaining Content Style Guides
    • Experience working with content management systems, for example, WordPress or  Squarespace
    • Experience working in design programs like Miro and Figma
