    Compensation: $15 to $17/hour (DOE) ****

    Position Summary:

    The Work Orders Coordinator is a vital player in helping our customers have a world-class solar experience. They own their own set of specific accounts and work that they review and complete daily. They communicate effectively with customers, contractors, installers, and co-workers. They can create solutions with minimal direction and see them through to completion.

    Essential Duties:

    • Answer any questions and concerns a customer or contractor may have throughout their work order
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and texts from customers, contractors, and installers in a timely manner
    • Complete assigned audits and tasks to ensure accounts are being worked on properly
    • Contribute ideas to process improvements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Can communicate via phone, email, and text
    • Has a proven track record in problem-solving multitasking, managing time well, being organized, and staying busy with work-related tasks
    • Be a go-getter who is willing to take on responsibility, solve issues, and create results
    • Helps teammates complete their duties

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
