      Responsibilities for the Lead Generation/Inside Sales Representative:

    • Generate leads through proactive outreach and research.
    • Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Effectively handle inquiries.
    • Schedule site surveys and appointments for the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
    • Track sales metrics and prepare reports.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and new products.
    • Assist with marketing efforts and create sales materials.
    • Provide basic technical support to customers.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

      Qualifications for the Lead Generation/Inside Sales Representative:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
    • 1+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a commercial service setting.
    • Proven success in telephone sales and a tenacious approach to follow-up.
    • Proficient in Excel and Word, Salesforce.com experience is a bonus.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
    • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for success.
