    Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Utilize product knowledge and understanding of electrical trade practices to assist customers with product selection, technical questions, and troubleshooting.
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolution of inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, communication history, and order details.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements relevant to the electrical trade.


    Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the electrical trade industry.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical products, equipment, and systems.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in customer service software and systems, with experience using CRM platforms preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
    • Detail-oriented, strongly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
