Our ideal candidate will reside within the NJ/NY area and be able to commute to NJ as needed. Experience and knowledge in residential home services is highly preferred!

Responsibilities for the Social Media Coordinator:
- Manage and implement the organization's social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Schedule and post content regularly.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Contribute to social media advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain the brand's online presence.
- Foster community engagement through social media.
- Stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements for the Social Media Coordinator:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience with scheduling platforms required.
- Solid creative expertise, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or entertainment media, coupled with strong business acumen.
- Advanced knowledge of MacOS.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong Video editing proficiency (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in production and post-production.
- Team mentality with an assertive attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content requirements.
- Ability to creatively express the company's views while adhering to brand guidelines.
Though this is a remote job you must be able to commute to NJ often.
