    Responsibilities as the Home Comfort Advisor:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to explore new business opportunities, including identifying key decision-makers within targeted leads.
    • Provide customers with timely and accurate price quotes, presenting cutting-edge technologies tailored to their specific needs and emphasizing financing options.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-install handoffs, delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
    • Engage with fellow Comfort Advisors to communicate sales targets, exchange best practices, and cultivate a collaborative work environment that drives success.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
    • Conduct all appointments in-home to deliver personalized solutions.
    • Proactively prospect to generate 10% of leads, demonstrating initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.


    What We're Looking For:

    • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently for at least 1+ years.
    • Prior experience in the home services industry is strongly preferred.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
    • Exceptional customer service.
    • Proven track record of success, including high closing rates.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • A self-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
    • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, early mornings, occasional severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours.
    • Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
