Responsibilities for the Plumbing Apprentice:

• Propel the success of a dynamic team of technicians in the field, contributing to a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
  

• Engage in robust, hands-on tasks involving hard and manual labor, showcasing your strength and resilience in activities like digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Provide essential support to the warehouse staff, ensuring streamlined operations and efficiency.
  

• Dive into a comprehensive learning experience, mastering the art of putting customers at ease while educating them on plumbing issues and swiftly resolving their problems.
  

• Champion exceptional customer service, presenting yourself as a consummate professional with deep knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction, garner referrals, and foster repeat business.
  

• Foster positive and effective communication with teammates both in the field and the office, creating a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.

Requirements for the Plumbing Apprentice:

• Mechanical Aptitude.
  

• A clean and safe driving record.
  

• Exceptional customer communication skills.

• A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
  

• An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
  

• Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
  

• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  

• Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.?
