    Responsibilities of the Lead-setter / Outbound Call Center Representative:

    • Place outbound calls to current and past customers for additional service appointments.
    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably, following the company's plan.
    • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
    • Communicate with call center, dispatch, and management.
    • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

    Requirements for the Lead-setter / Outbound Call Center Representative

    • Must be local to the Charlottesville, VA area. This is an in-office role, which requires a strong familiarity of the Charlottesville area for the scheduling of service appointments.
    • Customer service experience in Home Services preferred.
    • High volume outbound calling, telemarketing, or outbound collections experience, is required.
    • Proficient computer skills, good typist, and familiarity with phone systems.
    • Ownership mentality, reliability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
    • Strong communication skills with customers, technicians, and management.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy.
    • Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Desire to contribute to the team's success.
